WhiteLabelDating.com is an editorial publication for people who build, run, and invest in dating businesses. The site is operated by Trichotomic Inc, a Wyoming corporation with offices at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Trichotomic Inc.

We do not run consumer-facing dating services from this domain. We publish guides, run a community for operators, review white-label providers, and offer calculators and tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or to create an account. By using the site you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where receiving information about the dating industry is lawful.

Sign-in is passwordless. We email a one-time link to the address on file. You are responsible for keeping that inbox secure. One human, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

The first members to sign up receive a founding member badge. The badge is a courtesy, not a contractual entitlement, and we may adjust the program at our discretion.

You may close your account at any time from your account page. See Section 13 for what happens to your content after closure.

The community (forum, questions and answers, comments, reviews) only works if people treat each other like adults. The following are not allowed:

• Spam, scraping, mass-posting, and undisclosed promotion.
• Illegal content of any kind, including content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We report CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, and targeted abuse.
• Impersonating other operators, platforms, employees, or WhiteLabelDating.com staff.
• Doxxing or posting another person's private information without their consent.
• Malware, phishing, or links intended to harm readers.
• Fabricated provider reviews, paid reviews not disclosed as such, and review bombing.

We moderate using soft-delete plus a public audit trail. We may hide, edit, or remove anything that breaches these terms, and we may suspend or ban accounts that do so repeatedly.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it you grant Trichotomic Inc a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, format, excerpt, translate, and syndicate your content on this site, in our newsletters, and in related promotional material, with attribution to your handle. You can withdraw this licence for future use by deleting your content, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

You promise that what you post is yours to post, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Reviews of white-label and related providers must be first-hand, factual, and clearly dated. We may edit reviews for length and clarity without changing their meaning, and we may remove reviews that breach these terms.

A provider named in a review may post one on-the-record response per review. Repeated responses or attempts to pressure the reviewer are treated as breaches of community conduct.

Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you take an action on the destination site. Affiliate relationships never influence editorial coverage, ranking, or review scoring. Where present, affiliate links are disclosed in context, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

Our guides and calculators are general industry information, not legal, tax, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice. The dating business changes quickly. Always confirm with your own qualified advisers before making operating decisions.

The articles, guides, calculators, datasets, illustrations, logos, and site design are owned by Trichotomic Inc or used with permission. Personal-use reading and short, attributed quotation of up to about 200 words with a link back are fine. Bulk scraping, automated extraction, and use of our content to train machine-learning models require prior written permission.

We respond to valid notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. A complete notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material to be removed and where it appears on the site, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices and counter-notices through our contact page. We will forward complete notices to the affected user and may remove or disable access to the material pending review.

Do not crawl the site in a way that ignores robots.txt or our rate limits, attempt to bypass authentication, probe the site for vulnerabilities without coordinated disclosure, or reverse engineer the underlying platform. Coordinated security disclosure is welcomed through the contact form.

We rely on Lovable Cloud for hosting, application services, and storage, and on a transactional email provider operating on notify.whitelabeldating.com for sign-in links and notifications. By using the site you accept that your data passes through these processors as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that breach these terms or that present a risk to other members or to the site. You may close your account at any time. After closure we follow the retention and anonymisation rules described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) continue to apply.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Trichotomic Inc, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue from dating operations, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trichotomic Inc and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these terms.

Please contact us first through /contact so we can try to resolve disputes informally.

If we cannot, you and Trichotomic Inc agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies. You and Trichotomic Inc each waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our newsletter and through an in-app notice for signed-in members. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
