Niche check: dog-walker dating. Too small, or perfectly targeted?

Hear me out. Pet owners are a huge, passionate and easy to reach audience, and "met while walking the dogs" is a genuinely good origin story. My worry is whether it is a feature of a pet lover site rather than a standalone niche. Would you build this as its own brand, or fold it into a broader pet lovers dating site?
